RANDOLPH, N.Y. - Harvey E. Miller, 86, of 5269 Harris Road, Randolph, N.Y., passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 at home.
A member of the Old Order of Amish, he was born Jan. 19, 1926, in Wayne County, Ohio, the son of the late Eli J. and Elizabeth J. Hershberger Miller.
