The Chautauqua County Humane Society received a bounty of gifts for the pets under their care from area schools including Temple Elementary, Randolph Elementary and Frewsburg's Robert H. Jackson Elementary. Each school conducted different sorts of efforts that ranged from classroom collections in lieu of gift exchanges and teacher's gifts to schoolwide efforts. The First Lutheran Church outreach center donated pet treats and fundraising proceeds too during a visit from Santa to the Strunk Road shelter. CCHS extends their deepest gratitude to everyone who helped and wishes the entire community a joyous and safe holiday season.
