Alissa Anderson of Jamestown presented research on "A Look Into Food History and Eating Habits in Minas Gerais, Brazil" at the 11th annual Beloit College International Symposium Day.
Anderson is majoring in comparative literature and dance.
The International Symposium celebrates Beloit College as an international college. In the eleventh annual event, 54 student presenters and 43 faculty sponsors and moderators directly participated as Beloit students shared their international studies with the community.
