To the Readers' Forum:
In some countries if you, as a foreigner, cross into another country's boundaries by mistake, you're trespassing, and automatically you're sent to prison.
In America, an illegal is entitled to certain things: free healthcare, jobs (til the employer gets caught), free education, and now free scholarships if you go to the right colleges, like Berkeley in southern California.
I could see why the 200 they're giving scholarships to would be "assets" to our country: cheaper labor namely. I don't care, these people need to be tossed in jail until they're deported, treated the same way our people are when we're treated as illegals in another land. Then maybe the millions we save by not providing them free healthcare in the hospitals could be utilized somewhere else.
