Dana P. Pugh, 73, of 429 Allen St., passed away at 5:06 p.m. Thursday (Dec, 20, 2012), in WCA Hospital.
An area resident since for the past 44 years, he was born March 21, 1939, in Hackers Valley, W. Va., a son of the late Ristie and Tiny Belle Cogar Pugh.
He will be remembered as one who loved hunting, wrestling and watching old western movies.
Surviving are his wife the former, Joyce A. Perring whom he married in 1981; his children: Robert L. (Maxine) Houghwot of Fal-coner, Rick L. (Linda) Houghwot of Frewsburg, Kathryn J. (George) Rowland of Julian, Pa., Kimberly A. Pugh and Melissa D. Pugh, both of Jamestown; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; as well as several brother s and sisters.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
