Wendy Lee York and Nathan Bradley Lewis exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 22, 2012, at Chateau Morrisette Winery, in Floyd, Va. Tom Williams performed the ceremony. The bride was escorted by her father.
The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Denise York of Cherry Creek, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Mike and Louann Lewis of Danville, Va.
The bride wore a Mara by Modeca gown of pale ivory, taffeta modified A-line with soft sweetheart neckline, bustled flower detail on bustline and side hip, with a rouched bodice.

Best man was Mike Lewis, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Todd Lewis, brother of the groom, Parker Keesee and Adam York, brother of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of the State University at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Science in business management and UNC at Charlotte with a graduate certificate in elementary education. She is employed as a fourth-grade teacher at Carlisle School in Martinsville, Va. Her husband is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in communications. He is employed as a key account manager for Danville Utilities.
They are living in Danville, Va.
