Sherman Central School officials have named their Students of the Quarter for the first quarter of the 2012-13 school year.
The Senior High Student of the Quarter is Travis Henry. Travis is the son of Joan and Terry Henry. AP calculus, physics architectural drawing, government and AP chemistry are Travis's favorite classes. Travis also enjoys playing football, volleyball, baseball and hunting. Travis plans to attend college and pursue a career in engineering or medicine. Travis says that he is honored to be able to walk into school everyday and spend time will all of his amazing friends and enjoys every moment. Travis doesn't really want to leave Sherman, but knows Sherman Central School has certainly prepared him for his future.
The Junior High Student of the Quarter is Dylan Wagner. Dylan is the son of Julie and Donald Wagner. Spanish and English are Dylan's favorite classes. Dylan was an actor in the school play, The Music Man, this fall. Dylan also enjoys playing baseball and soccer. Dylan would like to attend Yale and become an engineer.
