Jamestown and Southwestern squared off at Jamestown Bowling Company on Tuesday and the Trojans pulled out a 3-1 victory while the Jamestown girls posted a 4-0 sweep in Division 1 high school bowling.
In the boys matchups, the Trojans (7-5) were led by Taylor West with 210-226-615, Brett Worland delivered a 184-511 and Nika Suter added a 212-508.
For Jamestown (7-5), Eddie Metrics was the top shooter with 189-193-561, Chris Edens produced a 183-193-523 and Chris Moynihan had a 488.
The Lady Red Raiders are now 10-2 for the season and were led by Morgan Melquist with a 188-205-553, Andrea Vazquez had a 178-489 and Sapphire Dean rolled 165.
As for Southwestern (5-7), Amanda Stewart connected for 187-212-523.
RANDOLPH SWEEPS
Randolph swept Clymer in both girls and boys Division 2 matches by scores of 4-0 at Jamestown Bowling Company.
Tyler Henderson uncorked a 207-475 when the Lady Cardinals (11-5) downed Clymer (2-18) with a pinfall of 488-611-566-1,665.
Clymer had games of 436-438-466-1,340 and was led by Jenelle Ingalls with 150-371.
In boys action, Marcus Miller scattered a 474 and Dalton Taylor a 233 as the Cardinals (11-9) upended a 707-740-820-2,267 and Clymer (4-16) had a 684-656-622-1,962.
David Applebee of Clymer tossed a 186-511.
