RUSSELL, Pa. - Phillip Horner, 91, of Norberg Road, died Tuesday (Dec. 11, 2012) at Warren General Hospital.
He was the husband of the late Martha Johnson Horner.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
