New York State Class D football champion Randolph received three honors for the 2012 all-star team.
Senior Jordan Dowiaz of Randolph is the co-offensive player of the year with another senior, Oliver Simpson of Maple Grove.
Randolph junior linebacker Cody Oldro is co-defensive player of the year with senior Zed Williams of Silver Creek.
The coach of the year was retiring Pat Slater of Randolph, who led the Cardinals to 10 straight wins after opening with a 1-2 record.
The co-lineman of the year are seniors Jake Caldwell of Frewsburg and John Scroxton of Maple Grove and Jeremiah Russin of Chautauqua Lake and Robbie Stearns of Frewsburg were the co-specialists of the year.
Others on the first team from Randolph are senior tight end Nate Beaver, junior defensive back Lucas Brown and junior defensive back Chris Doubek.
Besides Simpson and Scroxton, Maple Grove has defensive back Aaron Germain, offensive linemen Jake Swan and Lee Washer, and linebackers Dalton Bolles and Derek Johnson. All are seniors that helped the Red Dragons to the regular-season title and a 9-1 overall record with the only loss to Randolph in the Section 6 championship game, 21-0.
Chautauqua Lake is represented by offensive linemen Anthony Pezzulo and Andrew Pezzulo along with sophomore linebackers Chandler Baker and A. J. Hulton.
Linebacker Sherman Williams, wide receiver Tyler Bain and cornerback Stephen Marcey represent Silver Creek on the first team.
Linebacker Nick Munella, linebacker Nick Fardink and Caldwell are from Frewsburg.
Offensive linemen Tyler Veno and running back Zach Wood along with linebackers Ben Waugh and Gunnar VanCuren made the first team from Portville.
Fullback Matt Booth from Cattaraugus-Little and running back William Burgess from I-Prep/Grover Cleveland complete the first team.
I-Prep/Grover Cleveland won the team sportsmanship award.
The individual sportsmanship award winners are Beaver of Randolph, Jared Hallberg of Maple Grove, Tyler Furlow of Chautauqua Lake, Caldwell of Frewsburg, Tim Manning of Silver Creek, Booth of Cattaraugus-Little Valley, Brandon Muniga of Portville and Xavier May of I-Prep/Grover Cleveland.
