CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
FREDONIA - Jessica M. Haynes, 23, of 100 Brigham Road, Fredonia was charged with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a driving while intoxicated release Friday at 9 a.m. Sheriff's deputies took Haynes into custody and transported her to Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned at a later date in Chautauqua County Court.
HANOVER - Barbara L. Azzarella, 47, of Erie Street, Irving was charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The sheriff's department recently completed a burglary investigation that resulted in the charges. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. She will appear in court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
LAKEWOOD - Johnathan Z. Scinta, 24, of 6744 Main St., Cherry Creek was charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest Friday. Lakewood-Busti police say Scinta and two other defendants were involved in the larceny of merchandise from Wal-Mart on Tuesday. Scinta additionally resisted police officers during the incident. He is currently being held at Chautauqua County Jail on unrelated charges and is due in Town of Busti Court on Dec. 13 for arraignment.
BUSTI - Angela M. Page, 35, of 4 Livingston Ave., Apt. 3, Jamestown was served with a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine Friday. The original charge was criminal sale of marijuana. She was arraigned in Town of Busti Court.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Rory S. Davis Jr., 25, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree assault and first-degree criminal contempt Friday at 1 a.m. Officers were called to WCA Hospital for a report of an assault victim. The victim alleges that Davis punched her in the mouth causing a fracture to her jaw at a Falconer Street address. Further investigation revealed that there is an order of protection between the victim and Davis, who was taken into custody without incident. He is currently awaiting arraignment by Jamestown City Court.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SALAMANCA - Johnnie Jackson Jr., 33, of 4420 White Swan Drive, Rochester was charged with a violation of a Family Court act Wednesday at 5 p.m. He was arraigned at Salamanca Town Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail. He will return to Family Court at a later date.
SALAMANCA - Linda J. Logan, 66, of 34 Swan St., Salamanca was charged with second-degree harassment Monday at 8:05 p.m. The charge stems from an incident that occurred Nov. 17 in the city of Salamanca. Logan was given an appearance ticket for Salamanca City Court at a later date.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
Casey S. Monroe, 25, of 89 Morris St., Mayville was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and a violation for possessing a controlled substance outside of the original container Wednesday at 10:16 p.m. Monroe was taken into custody on a warrant out of Village of Westfield Court. She was arraigned in village court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail. She will appear in Village of Westfield Court at a later date.
Kim Helman, 59, of Hardscrabble Road, Westfield was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and expired inspection Wednesday at 12:31 a.m. Westfield officers on West Main Street in the village observed a vehicle cross the center line multiple times. Upon further investigation during a traffic stop, Helman, the operator, was found to be intoxicated. She was charged an will appear in Village of Westfield Court at a later date.
