FREDONIA - Brocton improved to 10-2 for the season after posting a 4-0 sweep over Frewsburg (9-10) in Division 2 high school bowling on Friday at Lucky Lanes.
The Bulldogs rolled a 826-878-730-2,474 team total while the Bears tallied 674-790-687-2,151.
Leading Brocton was Patrick Bigelow with a 92-186-536, Kory Crandall tossed a 205, Steve Krystofiak had 187-508 and Taylor Delcamp added a 191 single.
For the Bears, Christian Sardi drilled 211-510 and Justin Randall had 175-170-500.
FORESTVILLE WINS
FREDONIA - John Murphy drilled 223-605 and Brad Dillenburg a 550 as the Forestville boys (10-5) blanked Chautauqua Lake (0-16), 4-0, in Division 2 action, also at Lucky Lanes.
Forestville had games of 903-823-735-2,561 compared to Chautauqua Lake's 606-466-450-1,522.
Dakota Barrows had a 175 for CL.
Forestville upped the record to 12-0 by shutting out Chautauqua Lake girls (3-13), 4-0, with a pinfall of 609-573-631-1,812 while CL had 459-481-1,415.
Emily Dillenburg hit a 199-554 and Sam Nosbisch a 470 for the Lady Hornets.
Heather Sullivan cracked a 184-499 in the loss.
