Rory and Vicki Hollabaugh of Jamestown, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather A., to Richard E. Turner III, the son of Richard E. Turner Jr. and Terry Havens-Turner of Lakewood, N.Y. Miss Hollabaugh is also the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mistretta of Russell, Pa. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hollabaugh. Her fiance is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Arnie Havens of Wisconsin and Richard E. Turner Sr. of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Autumn Turner.
Miss Hollabaugh is a 2004 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 2008 graduate of the University at Buffalo where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. She is employed by Cornell University alumni affairs and development. Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Southwestern Central High School, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 from Cornell University and is pursuing his master's in business administration from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management.
An October 2013 wedding is planned.
