Mr. And Mrs. Michael O'Connor of Houston, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Lynn, to Ryan Matthew Harrington, the son of Patricia Harrington of Mayville, N.Y., and Michael Harrington of Westfield, N.Y., and the grandson of Pauline Baron of Jamestown, N.Y.
Miss O'Connor is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and UT-Southwestern with a master's degree in physical therapy. She is employed as a physical therapist at Texas Children's Hospital, Houston, Texas. Her fiance is a graduate of Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and the University of Texas with a doctorate in organic chemistry. He is a senior research chemist with Nalco Corporation in Sugarland, Texas.
A May 18, 2013, wedding is planned in Houston.
