LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Ashley D. Karash, 26, of 358 E. Fourth St., Apt. 3, Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt at 11 a.m. Thursday. According to police, a warrant was issued by Busti Town Court after Karash allegedly called a Busti resident 56 times and violated an order of protection. Karash was arraigned in Busti Town Court and will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
William R. Tilyou, 23, of Jamestown has been taken off of the Chautauqua County Wanted Persons List after he was found in the Erie County Prison in Erie, Pa. Tilyou was wanted on charges of second-degree burglary. Tilyou will be extradited back to New York once he has fulfilled his sentence in Pennsylvania.
Jimmy D. O'Neal II, 26, of Corry was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Fairway Suites near Peek'n Peak. According to a police report, O'Neal allegedly stole four flat-screen televisions from the business in September and October. O'Neal was arraigned in French Creek Town Court and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
Kali Jones, 40, of 1018 Newland Ave., Jamestown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after he was pulled over for speeding on Route 60 in Pomfret at 12:20 a.m. Thursday. Jones was also wanted in Jamestown City Court. He was taken to the Jamestown Police Department for processing and will be in Pomfret Town Court later.
WESTFIELD - Tyler E. Wright, 18, of 17 Bird St., Westfield and Steven M. Morrell, 21, of 6380 Westfield Sherman Road, Westfield were charged at 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday with possession of marijuana. Wright was also charged with inadequate taillights. Chautauqua County deputies stopped Tyler E. Wright and following an investigation he and his passenger, Steven M. Morrell were both arrested. They will appear in the Town of Westfield Court.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
WESTFIELD - Michael S. Sexton, 36, of 432 E. Second St., Apt. 2, Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to comply, unreasonable speed and second-degree obstructing governmental administration at 1:44 a.m. Nov. 30 after a domestic incident at 7651 Route 20, Apt. 9, Westfield. According to a police report, Westfield police officers were assisting Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies and saw Sexton's vehicle on East Main Street in Westfield. When they tried to pull the vehicle over, Sexton fled from officers on Villa Drive until his vehicle got stuck in a muddy area 300 yards past the end of Villa Drive. Sexton then tried to run into a wooded area, but officers caught him. Sexton was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. He will be in court later.

OLEAN - Keith Amos, 50, of 1828 Glennwood Ave., Niagara Falls was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail at 11:20 p.m. after a warrant was issued by Cattaraugus County Family Court. Amos was arraigned in Allegany Town Court. He will be in Cattaraugus County Family Court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
Randy Oakes, 54, of Salamanca was charged Nov. 29 with unlawful possession of marijuana after his vehicle was pulled over on Water Street, Frewsburg for a traffic violation. Troopers allegedly smelled marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and found a bag with 3 grams of marijuana. Oakes will be in Carroll Town Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
David Torres, 36, of Jamestown, was charged at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday with obstructing governmental administration, tampering with physical evidence, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and littering. Officers were sent to 640 E. Second St. to investigate a drug overdose. David Torres was observed walking away from the location through the backyard. When officers told him to stop, he refused and ran and was observed throwing a hypodermic needle onto the ground. After a short pursuit, Torres was taken into custody and transported to the city jail.
Jonathan W. Fields Sr., 23, of Jamestown, was charged at 9:04 p.m. on Wednesday, with disorderly conduct and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers observed Fields walk into the westbound lane of traffic on East Second Street where there was no crosswalk, causing a vehicle to stop abruptly. They stopped to check and advise him to stop walking away from them several times at which point Fields attempted to run inside a residence in the area. Fields was taken into custody, charged and is being held pending arraignment.
