LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

LAKEWOOD - Angela M. Brady, 50, of 2297 28 Mile Creek Road, Gerry, was charged with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday after she was allegedly returned to Wal-Mart with items that had been stolen from the store. She will be in Busti Town Court later.

Casey L. Colley, 21, of Jamestown was charged at 2:25 p.m. on Tuesday with petit larceny. Ms. Colley was observed by Wal-Mart staff attempting to leave Wal-Mart without paying for merchandise and was detained by staff until police arrived. she was charged and released with an appearance ticket to appear in town of Busti court at a later date.

SO. TIER REGIONAL DRUG TASK FORCE

DUNKIRK - Mikial C. Moore, 24, of 24 Newport St., Buffalo, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class B felonies, on Monday. According to a police report, task force agents and Dunkirk police officers charged Moore after making undercover drug purchases before finding out he had been taken to the Erie County Holding Center on unrelated charges. Task force agents obtained an arrest warrant from Walter Drag, Dunkirk City Court judge. Moore was then arraigned in Dunkirk City Court.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

RIPLEY - Ryan G. Rummings, 25, of 3 Bourne St., Ripley, was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail at 8 p.m. Monday on Shaver Street, Ripley, after a Surrogate Court arrest warrant was issued. Rummings is waiting to be arraigned.

RIPLEY - Michael T. Grinberg, 25, of 142 W. Main St., Ripley, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator after he was pulled over on Loomis Street, Ripley, at 5 p.m. Monday. He was arraigned in Ripley Town Court and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

LEON - Jared T. Wrazen, 19, of 28 Cobb Ave., Delevan, and Cody R. Bemish, 19, of 10250 Pleasant Valley Road, Delevan, were charged with second-degree assault at 5:51 p.m. Saturday after an incident at 10115 Dutch Hill Road, Ashford. An 18-year-old youth was taken to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and later taken to the Gates Vascular Institute to be treated for his injuries. Wrazen and Bemish were arraigned in Great Valley Town Court and will be in Ashford Town Court later.
