MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.
Alexander Matthews, 40, of 8623 Lindbergh Ave., Niagara Falls, N.Y., was sentenced to two years in state prison with two years post-release supervision for third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Andrew M. Hart, 24, of 5 S. State St., Ripley, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison for violation of probation.
Skyler L. Miller, 26, of 41 Maple St., Ripley, NY, was sentenced to three years probation for second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree menacing.
Eric D. Santiago, 41, of 351 Fairmount Ave., Jamestown, was sentenced to time served and five years probation for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
