FRANKLIN, Pa. - The Lakewood Starz YMCA gymnastics team competed this past weekend at the Franklin YMCA 12 Days of Gymnastics Christmas Invitational.
Top finishers for the Starz were Morgan Hoffman (Level 8), who took second place on floor (8.70) and second place all-around (33.20).
In Level 7, Emily Walsh took first place on the uneven bars (7.8) and second place in vault (8.85).
Mikayla Johnson had first-place finishes in Level 6 on both the uneven bars (7.45) and balance beam (8.95) and a third place finish in the all-around (31.00). Autumn Bertges placed third on the uneven bars (8.15) while Ashlyn Saracki had third-place finish on the balance beam (8.4).
The Starz return to action this Sunday for a competition in Batavia.
