JAMESTOWN POLICE
Vanessa M. Buck, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault at 12;32 a.m. Sunday. According to police, officers were dispatched to a residence on West Eighth Street for a reported fight. Upon arrival, officers broke up a group of people fighting in the street. Further investigation showed Buck came to a person's home and broke a glass window in the front door and then bit the person's thumb. Buck was taken to the Jamestown City Jail without incident and is awaiting arraignment.

CLYMER - Laura M. Graves, 32, of Clymer, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra's Law, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to keep right at 6:48 p.m. Saturday .According to police, Graves was charged following a motor vehicle crash after her vehicle crossed the center line of the road on Route 474 and hit a vehicle head on. She was charged under Leandra's Law due to two children under the age of 15 who were in the vehicle. Graves was issued tickets, released to a sober family member and will be in court later.
