CLCS Board

To Meet Tonight

MAYVILLE - The Chautauqua Lake Central School Board of Education will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the Large Group Instruction room at the school. The public is invited to attend.

Driving Course Begins Dec. 10

A five-hour pre-licensing driving course will be held at Frewsburg High School on Dec. 10-11, from 6-8:30 p.m. Preregister by calling the guidance office at 569-7026 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

County Planning To Meet Dec. 4

The December meeting of the Chautauqua County Planning Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 4 p.m. at the County of Chautauqua IDA Offices located at 200 Harrison St. in Jamestown. Randolph To Host Craft Show

To Meet Today

RIPLEY - A special meeting of the Board of Education of the Ripley Central School District will be held today at 4 p.m., in the District Office of the Ripley Central School, for the purpose of contractual negotiations, and any and all items that come before the board.

Spanish Club To Host Dinner Dec. 5

The Southwestern Central School Spanish Club will host a chicken and biscuit dinner Wednesday, Dec. 5 from 5-7 p.m. in the Southwestern Central School cafeteria. Tickets are available for $7 presale from Spanish Club members or $8 at the door. Children's dinners are $5. Takeouts are available. Dinner will include chicken and biscuits, mashed potatoes, vegetable and a beverage. The band, orchestra and choir concert will follow at 7 p.m.

Historical Society To Host Dinner

RANDOLPH - The Randolph Historical Society will have its annual Christmas dinner Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building. Please note the change of time. Members attending should bring a dish to pass and their own table service.

Recycling Change Begins Dec. 6

LAKEWOOD - Effective Thursday, Dec. 6, Casella Waste Services will begin zero-sort recycling for Lakewood residents. All recyclables can be put together in one container and will be picked up the first and third Thursdays of every month. For more information, call 664-3958.
