FRANKLINVILLE - In the opening game for each team, Franklinville held off Cattaraugus-Little Valley for a non-league victory on Monday night.
C-LV led 10-7 in the first quarter before Franklinville scored the last six points of the stanza to take a 13-10 lead and the hosts led the rest of the way.
The visiting Lady Timberwolves pulled within six, 52-46, in fourth quarter, but Franklinville put the win away with free throws.
Jen Blum led the winners with 15 points. Shelby Reynolds had 12 points and 10 rebounds while Vanessa Pfieffer had 11 points. Linnea Pollock recorded seven rebounds, five steals and five assists.
Kaylee Eaton and Katie Reynolds had 13 points each for Cattaraugus-Little Valley.
