Charlotte Crandall, 76, of Black Mountain, N.C., passed away Nov. 18, 2012, from an extended illness, surrounded by her family.
Charlotte was born to the late Gerald Phillips and Margaret Medwid in Sherman, N.Y. A graduate of Edinboro University, she lived most of her life in Erie, Pa., as a bookkeeper. Charlotte was a past member of The Order of The Eastern Star.
Surviving Charlotte are her daughters: Paige Crandall and spouse Shari Crandall of Mt. Vernon, N.Y., and Kerry Crandall of Black Mountain, N.C.; brother, Arden Phillips of Sims, N.C.; sister, Linda and spouse Steve Lange of South Port, N.C.; and two grandchildren: Charlotte and Owen Crandall.
