Phillip D. Knapp, 72, of Heritage Green Rehab and Skilled Nursing, formerly of Frewsburg, died Sunday (Nov. 18, 2012), at the facility.
He was born Oct. 15, 1940, in Jamestown, the son of Frank and Izora VanArsdale Knapp.
He had been employed at the former Vac Air Alloys and Adriansons Farms in Newark, N.Y.
He had attended the Trinity United Methodist Church and the Frewsburg Alliance Church.
Phil was survived by two sisters: Cynthia Knapp of Frewsburg, and Bonnie Bush of Kiantone; a brother, Roger Knapp of Kennedy; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father on Sept. 3, 1959, his mother on Aug. 25, 2000; and a brother, Fred Knapp on June 3, 2000.
Services will be private, No visitation will be observed.
