Megan Malinoski, a New York state-licensed hairstylist, has joined the staff at Nouveau Salon & Spa.
With more than eight years experience in the industry, Ms. Malinoski has been trained under national award-winning and international platform artists in both hair coloring and cutting. With her career being a passion she stays up to date with the latest trends and styles by attending various hair shows and engaging in hands on training classes.
Specializing in Goldwell Haircolor, Ms. Malinoski said she guarantees optimum coverage with outstanding shine and condition. Seasons play a role when selecting a haircolor along with the clients own individual face shape, skin tone and personality.

"Everyone leaves my chair with their own color formula and their own look," she said.
Ms. Malinoski said one of her favorite haircutting techniques is still "structure in motion," a cut requested by many of her clients. It involves customizing the clients hair to lay on the head according to their own individual head shape. She has been fortunate enough during her career to have been personally taught this type of cutting by world renowned artist Michael O'Rourke.
"Michael has probably been one of the most inspiring educators I have learned from so far," she said. "His teaching and attitude are both infectious to the spirit."
Along with coloring and cutting, Ms. Malinoski's other expertise is styling wedding hair.
"Making a bride feel extra beautiful for one of the most important days of her life gives me much satisfaction," Ms. Malinoski said.
Nouveau Salon & Spa is owned and operated by stylist Susan Marlinski. Nouveau offers full hair services, waxing, manicure and pedicures and facials.
