CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SINCLAIRVILLE - Kevin D. Lesch, 35, of Cassadaga was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and speeding at 3:02 a.m. Sunday. Lesch will be in court later.

CARROLL - A 16-year-old Falconer youth was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 6:34 a.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.
COLLINS - Loreto N. Ferri, 40, of Collins was charged with first-degree prison contraband and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9 a.m. Wednesday. He will be in court later.
COLLINS - Kenneth P. Adamo, 32, of Collins was charged with first-degree possession of dangerous contraband in prison and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday. He will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
DUNKIRK - Ashley N. Bass, 22, of 708 Main St., Dunkirk was charged at 1 p.m. Tuesday with misuse of SNAP/Food Stamps and second-degree offering a false instrument for filing. It is alleged Bass failed to report additional income for her household to the Chautauqua County Department of Social Services, allowing her to receive $525 in additional benefits that to which she was not entitled. She will be in Jamestown City Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA - Emilee Carlson, 19, of Mayville was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Wednesday at 7:50 p.m. She allegedly damaged a car that was parked at a residence on Elmwood Road. Carlson was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Josh A. Moore, 32, was charged with petit larceny, resisting arrest and second-degree assault Nov. 9 at 7:45 p.m. An off-duty police officer was injured when he attempted to detain Moore after it is alleged that Moore attempted to steal a television from Sears at the Chautauqua Mall. Moore was arraigned in Town of Busti Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail.
