Eagle Scout Award Presented

Samuel Wilcox, 16, of Carnegie, Pa., has earned the highest advancement award the Boy Scouts of America offers to Scouts, the Eagle Scout Award. Wilcox was recognized in ceremonies on Saturday at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Carnegie, Pa. He is the son of Michael Wilcox and Bridget VanDorn of Carnegie, Pa., and grandson of John and MaryLou VanDorn of Sugar Grove, Pa., Frank and Sher Wilcox and Gwen Webster of Russell, Pa.
