Only One Charge
James D. McGrath, 42, of Quaint Road, Falconer, was only arrested once on a charge of second-degree reckless endangerment. The police report was incorrectly printed a second time in the Nov. 13 edition of The Post-Journal.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
Jessy J. Gleason, 22, and Gina M. Rivera, 19, both of Jamestown were charged with endangering the welfare of a child at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday. According to police, officers responded to 222 McKinley Ave. for a domestic dispute and upon arrival they determined that Rivera and Gleason were involved in a physical altercation. During the altercation, each was holding the couple's 5-week-old child. Both were charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until they can be arraigned.
WESTFIELD POLICE
WESTFIELD - Bryan G. Precop, 26, of Ajax, Ontario, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and failure to maintain a lane at 2:12 a.m. Sunday. According to police, an officer allegedly observed Precop's vehicle cross the center line of the road and the white fog line of the road multiple times. Precop was pulled over and charged. He was arraigned and bail was set at $1,500 cash.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
NORTH HARMONY - Robbin L. Wells, 39, of Ashville was charged with driving while intoxicated at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday. She will be in court later.
POMFRET - Alice Eichelberger, 55, of Pomfret was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. She was held pending further action.
GERRY - Jenice M. Smith, 30, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:22 p.m. Sunday. She will be in court later.
COLLINS - Justin Ortiz, 22, of Collins was charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container, first-degree possession of dangerous contraband in prison, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9 a.m. Sunday. Ortiz was held pending further action.
DAYTON - Damian C. Beardi, 45, of Buffalo was charged with failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 6:20 p.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE
Paul D. Kocur, 54, of Sugar Grove was charged with violating an order of protection and making terroristic threats between Wednesday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 11, in the Hampton Inn Hotel, Conewango Township, Warren. Kocur allegedly made threats, both in person and by telephone, to an acquaintance that he was going to kill three members of the person's family, all of whom were protected by an active order of protection. Kocur was charged, arraigned and taken to the Warren County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Kurt R. Raymond, 30, of 12529 State Route 957, Sugar Grove was charged at 6:45 p.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct after allegedly using obscene language while yelling at a 29-year-old Jamestown woman. Police report he threatened to push her vehicle off his property while it was parked along the berm of State Route 957.
SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Antonia Dineen, 34, of Salamanca was charged at 1:54 a.m. Friday with trespassing following a complaint in the Dudley Bar and Hotel. Ms. Dineen was released on an appearance ticket to be in Salamanca City Court later.
Brenda Anderson, 37, of Salamanca was charged at 8:10 p.m. Friday on a bench warrant issued by Salamanca City Court. Ms. Anderson posted bail and will be in court later.
Richard Kretschman, 42, of Chesterland, Ohio, was charged at 11:10 p.m. Friday for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent, no tail lamps, speeding and improper left turn following a traffic stop in the city. He was processed, posted $250 bail and will be in Salamanca City Court later.
