Forward Tyler Dunagan of the Jamestown Ironmen was selected the North Division Star of the Week from the North American Hockey League for the week ending on Nov. 11.
Dunagan played a large part in the Ironmen picking up two home weekend wins over Janesville to raise their league-leading total to 15 wins.
The native of Maple Grove, Minn. had the game-winning tally among his two goals and two assists while being a plus-three as the Ironmen increased their lead in the North Division.
On Friday, Dunagan recorded two assists in Jamestown's 2-1 win. Then, on Saturday, he had two more goals, including the game winner, in a 5-2 victory.
He now has 14 points in 20 games and is just one short of his point total of last season.
''Tyler is a very hard-working player and it was nice to see that hard work pay off with a great performance this past weekend,'' said Ironmen coach Dan Daikawa. ''He has really been an important part of our success lately and continues to improve each weekend.''
