JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Edwin Jimenez, 23, of Jamestown, John L. Aponte-Sierra, 20, of Jamestown, and a 17-year-old youth of Jamestown were all charged with third-degree criminal trespass Thursday at 2:41 p.m. Officers were sent to 26 Wilson Place to investigate a report of three males entering a vacant house. Upon arrival, officers found the three subjects in the residence. The property was posted as condemned by the Jamestown Department of Development and the suspects had no authority to enter the residence. Jimenez was also charged with possession of burglar tools.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Colorado N. Hintz, 31, of 339 Falconer St., Jamestown, was charged with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, third-degree welfare fraud and misuse of food stamps at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Chautauqua County Department of Social Services, 110 E. Fourth St., Jamestown. Police say Hintz was living outside of New York state and collecting benefits totaling $7,996.70 to which she was not entitled. She is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

OLEAN - Ryan A. Tarr, 22, of Delevan, was charged with failure to pay fines and failure to register as a sex offender at 3:55 a.m. Tuesday. According to police, Tarr was picked up on an arrest warrant stemming from his failure to register as a sex offender. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

KIANTONE - Rocco A. Beardsley, 27, of Lakewood, was charged with second-degree harassment at 8 a.m. on Oct. 30, 2012. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.

PORTLAND - Andre Biekert, 43, of Dewittville, had his parole/conditional release revoked at 4 p.m. Wednesday. He was held pending further action.

PORTLAND - Draonn Richardson-Colilan, 24, of Dunkirk, had his parole/conditional release revoked at 4 p.m. Wednesday. He was held pending further action.

GOWANDA - James D. Luder, 42, of Gowanda, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
