Seven Charged In Large Drug Bust

Investigators from two agencies worked together in a joint effort that culminated with a seizure of a large quantity of marijuana, guns and growing equipment on Thursday.

Investigators from the Jamestown Police Department and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team obtained and executed five search warrants on Thursday resulting in seven individuals being taken into custody.

Angel L. Pacheco, 37, and Gloria Pacheco, 32, both of Jamestown, were charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully growing marijuana. Eric R. Truver, 22, and Jillian Hilton, 22, both of Jamestown, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing marijuana. David P. Truver, 51, of Jamestown, was charged with unlawfully growing marijuana. Mark A. Truver, 54, of Lakewood, was charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Scott B. Truver, 55, of Busti, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing marijuana.

The investigation is continuing and more charges are pending against the subjects.
