A memorial service for Dawn A. Fisher, 42, of 358 S. Main St., Jamestown, who died Aug. 27, 2012, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Sacred Heart Church, Fairmount Avenue, Lakewood.
She was born March 4, 1970, the daughter of John and Sharon Fisher. She is survived by her live-in companion, Joseph Galati Jr., her mother, Sharon, two brothers; a sister; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Fisher.
