JAMESTOWN POLICE
Andrew C. Harper, 27, and Aaron T. Harper, 25, both of Jamestown, were charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 4:09 a.m. Thursday following a domestic dispute. According to police, the subjects got into a fight with each other and then while speaking with police, they became disorderly. Both subjects were taken into custody without incident and are awaiting arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Matthew Piglowski, 47, of Erie, Pa. was charged with speeding, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated per se with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater at 11:58 p.m. on Oct. 26. He will appear in court at a later date.
HANOVER - Robert D. Sek, 40, of Silver Creek was charged with second-degree harassment at 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 26. He was arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
CHAUTAUQUA - Chelsea M. Gifford, 22, of Jamestown was charged with having a loud exhaust, an unsafe tire, a broken windshield, failure to maintain a lane, third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or greater at 12:55 a.m. Thursday. According to police, Gifford was stopped for having a loud exhaust and after an investigation she was found to be intoxicated. She was later released and will appear in court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HINSDALE - Justin M. Martin, 33, of Hinsdale was charged with trespassing at 11 p.m. on Oct. 26. According to police, Martin had been told to stay off of the property at 4298 West Keller Hill Road in Hinsdale several times. Martin returned to the location with his truck and drove down the victim's driveway with his plow down, scraping the gravel into a pile at the end of the driveway. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in court at a later date.
HINSDALE - Robert F. Cook, 52, of Hinsdale was taken into custody on a City of Olean Court bench warrant at 7:41 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Olean Police and released into their custody.
PORTVILLE - Joseph P. Perkins, 31, of Olean was taken into custody on a City of Olean Court bench warrant at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Olean Police Department and released into their custody.
OLEAN - Vincent R. Juliano, 35, of Olean was taken into custody on a City of Olean Court bench warrant at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Olean Police Department and released into their custody.
OLEAN - Eddie T. Loper, 49, of Olean was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling at 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 25. According to police, patrol was dispatched after a complaint was received regarding someone shooting at a deer on Back Hinsdale Road in Olean. Loper was issued an appearance ticket to be in court at a later date.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
ELLICOTT - Benjiman G. Putman, 22, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:30 a.m. Thursday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
JAMESTOWN - Kenny V. Moore, 19, of Erie, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
COLLINS - Jerome Reece, 36, of Gowanda was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years of age at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charges.
