The Kiwanis Club of Jamestown announced ''Terrific Kids'' for the month of September.
They are:
Gioconda Calamunci, a fifth-grade pupil at Jefferson Middle School, is the daughter of Gioconda and John Calamunci of Jamestown. She enjoys playing soccer and her favorite school subject is gym. Her favorite musical group is One Direction and television show, "Shake It Up." She is a member of the afterschool program.

Mia Morales, a fifth-grade pupil at Washington Middle School, is the daughter of Arlene Morales and Enoc Morales of Jamestown. She enjoys drawing, playing soccer and bike riding. Her favorite school subject is math; musical group, Big Time Rush; and television show, "Jessie." Mia is a member of the afterschool club and Washington Advantage.
Corin Derby, a sixth-grade pupil at Persell Middle School, is the daughter of Marcia and Thomas Derby of Jamestown. She enjoys playing softball, participates in Infinity and likes to sing. Her favorite school subject is math; musical artist, Selena Gomez; and television show, "I Love Lucy." She is a member of the art and leadership clubs.
