Community Blood Bank will be holding several local blood drives in the area.
Drives will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday at WCA Hospital; 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Cassadaga Fire Hall; and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ellington Fire Hall.
In time for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the blood drives will be able to help out those going through chemotherapy treatment as well as those who may need blood during an emergency.
