34 customers in the town of Ellery were estimated to have power back on by 10:30 p.m.
65 customers on Shadyside and Cowing roads in Busti were estimated to have their power back on by 9:30 p.m.
308 customers in Fentonville were estimated to have their power back on by 9:30 p.m.
