Jamestown Police

Jason M. Green of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from a lane unsafely and refusal to take a breath test at 7:58 p.m. Saturday. According to police, officers were dispatched to 4 Curtis St. for a four-car accident. Officers found Green next to three damaged parked cars. After several sobriety tests, Green was charged and taken to the city jail until he can be arraigned.

Ann J. Hellman, 69, of Jamestown was charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian at 6:26 p.m. Saturday. According to police, officers were dispatched to the intersection of W. Fifth and N. Main streets for a car accident involving a pedestrian. According to police, a vehicle driven by Hellman failed to yield to two pedestrians crossing North Main Street in the cross walk. The vehicle hit the pedestrians, who were both treated for non-life threatening injuries. Hellman was issued a traffic ticket for the incident.

Cattaraugus Police

CATTARAUGUS - Thomas S. Fite, 57, of Cattaraugus was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Tuesday. He was released on his own recognizance.

GREAT VALLEY - Patrick M. Smith, 47, of Salamanca was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing a breath test, failure to yield and failure to maintain a lane at 11:32 p.m. Friday. Smith will be in court later.

NAPOLI - Christopher C. Reding, 26, of Randolph was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, speeding and failure to keep right at 11:51 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

DAYTON - Sean M. McNaughton, 26, of Dayton was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and failure to use a turning signal at 11:28 p.m. Friday. He was processed and released. He will be in court later.

New York?State Police

SINCLAIRVILLE - David L. Goodworth, 53, of Lily Dale was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and first-degree criminal sexual act at 9:05 a.m. Thursday.

ELLERY - A 16-year-old Bemus Point male was charged with second-degree harassment at 4 p.m. Thursday. He was later released on his own recognizance and will be in court later.

PORTLAND - Tracy M. Berry, 42, of Portland was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:05 p.m. on Oct. 10. She was will be in court later.

POMFRET - Chas A. Echols, 20, of Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:31 p.m. on Oct. 11. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in court at a later date.

ARKWRIGHT - Douglas J. Fairbanks, 47, of Forestville was charged with operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, failure to attach a sticker to the motor vehicle, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, driving while intoxicated and a seat belt violation at 2:18 a.m. Friday. He was later released to a third party.

Douglas R. Baker, 27, of Cherry Creek was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a bloodalcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 3:06 a.m. Saturday. He was later released to a third party.

POMFRET - Carl E. Benson, 66, of Brocton was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 9:18 p.m. Friday. He was later released to a third party.

BRANT - Gerald T. Johnson, 29, of Brant was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 8:58 p.m. Friday. He was later released to a third party.
