CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

HANOVER - Gregory Dzielski, 30, of Ellicott Road, Brocton was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speed not reasonable and prudent, operating without insurance, failure to keep right, and crossing over hazard markings at 6:42 p.m. Friday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies, Forestville fire department and Silver Creek fire department responded to a call for a report of a personal-injury automobile accident. Investigation revealed that Dzielski was operating a pickup truck on Pearl Street and allegedly drifted off the road into a tree. Dzielski and a female passenger were both transported to Brooks Hospital for their injuries. Dzielski will answer to the charges in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

SALAMANCA - Harley D. Jimerson, 23, of 93 Jimerson Lane, Irving and Jared Klein, 26, of 164 Barstead Drive, Springville were both charged with disorderly conduct at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police say the two engaged in a fight at the Paradise Club in Salamanca. They were issued appearance tickets to appear in court at a later date.

NAPOLI - Dale R. Wagatha Jr., 30, of 9846 Marx Road, Little Valley, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and possession of marijuana at 4 p.m. Thursday. Police say he was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Town of Napoli Court. He was also found to be in possession of a hypodermic instrument and marijuana at his residence. He was taken to Town of Randolph Court for arraignment and then transported to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Phil Baxter, 21, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 7:09 a.m. Saturday. Police responded to a call for a domestic violence incident at 512 Prendergast Ave. The investigation revealed that Baxter had broken some items inside the residence during a verbal argument. Baxter was located a few blocks away and taken into custody without further incident. He will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
