Mr. and Mrs. Peter Gadsby of League City, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Elizabeth, to Billy Barnes, the son of Betty and Harold Barnes, of Alvin, Texas. Miss Gadsby is also the granddaughter of Helen Bigg of Jamestown, N.Y.
Miss Gadsby is an early childhood teacher with Clear Creek Independent School District. Her fiance is in outside sales with Access Electric Inc. and also owns and operates Fowl Talk, a waterfowl hunting guide service.
A spring wedding is planned.
