RANDOLPH - The Penn York Winter Trap League started its new season at the Randolph Rod and Gun Club and there were 165 shooters in attendance.
Randolph was the winning team on its own turf.
Lee Heeter of Sheffield shot his first 50 straight while Jim Congdon, DJ Bifaro, Bob Gregerson, Don Foster and Curt Hollabaugh also shot 50s.
Red France was the super senior vet, D.J. Bifaro was the high senior vet and Dave Kingsley was the high vet. Cindy Cable was the high lady and Dalton Becker was the high sub junior. Randy Carlson, Michael McDunn, Ricky Grundstrom, and Reid Thompson all shot 48s to tie for high junior.
Next week's competition will be at the Busti Trap Club. New shooters are always welcome.
