JAMESTOWN POLICE

A 17-year-old Jamestown female was charged with second-degree menacing at 8:11 p.m. Monday. According to police, officers were dispatched to the area of 636 E. Sixth St. for a supsicious situation where they made contact with a female victim. The victim stated that the suspect came to her residence and threatened her with a knife. Officers found the suspect and she was taken to the city jail pending arraignment without incident.

WESTFIELD POLICE

WESTFIELD - Ryan R. Lint, 21, of North East, Pa. was charged with failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:40 a.m. Sunday. He was issued appearance tickets to be in court at a later date.

WESTFIELD - An 18-year-old Dunkirk male was taken into custody on an arrest warrant by the Dunkirk Police and handed over to the Westfield Police at 12:50 a.m. Saturday. He was arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.

WESTFIELD - Donald A. Baker, 53, of Westfield was taken into custody at 8:35 p.m. Friday for a charge of trespassing that allegedly occurred on Oct. 13. He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in court at a later date.

WESTFIELD - An 18-year-old Dunkirk male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:50 a.m. Saturday. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

SOUTH DAYTON - A 17-year-old Kennedy male was charged with petit larceny at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17. He was released to his parents and is due back in court at a later date.

SALAMANCA - Kyle K. Keller, 25, of Bradford, Pa. was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, driving on a sidewalk and several other traffic infractions at 2:25 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16. According to police, Keller drove his vehicle through a guard rail and a yard on North Main Street in Salamanca before coming to rest on Elm Street. He failed the standardized field sobriety tests that were administered and was taken into custody. During processing, he was found to have a blood alcohol content greater than .18 percent. He was arraigned and released on $1,500 cash bail.

CARROLLTON - Rodney B. Kelley, 56, of Allegany was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater and moving from a lane unsafely at 7:46 p.m. Saturday. According to police, Kelley allegedly hit a parked vehicle on Main Street in Limestone with his vehicle. He was released and is to appear in court at a later date.

SALAMANCA - Mark J. Viola, 54, of Bradford, Pa. was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 5. Viola was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 19.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

POMFRET - Carl J. Silsby, 23, of Dewittville, was charged with petit larceny at 12:48 p.m. on Oct. 12. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and is to appear in court at a later date.
