LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

Joseph D. Edwards was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:29 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, he was charged after he was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Edwards will be in court later .

SALAMANCA POLICE

SALAMANCA - David Persons, 31, of Salamanca, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:45 p.m. Friday. He was held pending arraignment.

SALAMANCA A 16-year-old female from Salamanca was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration at 10:01 p.m. Friday. According to police, the female allegedly fought with officers while they were attempting to take her into custody. She was held pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

CASSADAGA Anthony C. Santora, 18, of Bethlehem, Conn., was charged with driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, insufficient brake lamps, unlawful possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol at 2:27 a.m. Sunday. Additionally, Miguel A. Ortiz, 19, of Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol. According to police, Santora was originally pulled over for insufficient brake lights. Both will be in court later.
