JAMESTOWN POLICE

Jessica L. Blake, 22, of Jamestown was charged with making an unsafe lane change, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 9:28 p.m. Tuesday. According to police, officers were dispatched to the area of Baker Street near Bergman Park for a report of a loud bang. Upon arrival, they found a two-car motor vehicle accident with an injured pedestrian. The pedestrian was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at WCA Hospital. Blake was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

ELLICOTT POLICE

FALCONER - A 15-year-old male and a 14-year-old female were charged with second-degree robbery on Tuesday. According to police, the subjects had held up the store and made off with an amount of cash. While checking the area, police found the two juveniles who admitted to committing the robbery. They were both issued family court appearance tickets and will be in court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

LAKEWOOD - An 18-year-old female, a 17-year-old female and a 17-year-old male, all from Salamanca, were charged with petit larceny at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. According to police, the three subjects had attempted to leave Wal-Mart without paying for merchandise they had taken. All three subjects were released to appear in court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

SALAMANCA - Kristan K. Seyfang, 23, of Clarendon, Pa., was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:56 a.m. on Oct. 2. According to police, officers were dispatched to the Seneca Allegany Casino's Cafe for a domestic dispute between two females. When patrol attempted to separate the two females, Seyfang continued to use vulgar language and yell after being told to stop. She was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 bail and will be in court later.

LEON - David A. Doner Jr., 35, of Conewango was charged with third-degree assault at 6:26 p.m. Sunday. According to police, patrol responded to a domestic dispute at Doner's residence after he had allegedly struck his wife in the face twice. He was arraigned and released to return to court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

RANDOLPH - Hope M. Dinkins, 43, of Frewsburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 9:14 p.m. Tuesday.

STOCKTON - Gordon A. Flagg, 55, of Angola, was charged with failure to keep right, speeding and driving while intoxicated at 8:56 p.m. on Oct. 4. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charges.
