Falconer took on Southwestern (5-5, 9-5) in Division 1 girls volleyball on Monday and the Lady Golden Falcons (9-1, 10-4) managed to pull out the victory, winning a see-saw battle with games of 16-25, 25-21, 17-25, 25-17 and 25-15.
As a team, Falconer produced seven aces, 38 assists, 35 kills, five blocks and 31 digs.
For Southwestern, Kara Schutte delivered nine aces, 14 assists, five kills and 18 digs, Sally Rudny had three aces, nine kills and two blocks, Jenna Rauh added 23 digs and Jackie Gullotti had eight kills.
Falconer won the jayvee match, 20-25, 25-20 and 25-23.
DIVISION 2
C-LV RALLIES
ALLEGANY - Cattaraugus-Little Valley (9-2, 10-5) overcame deficits of 25-19 and 25-21 to Allegany-Limestone (6-6, 7-8) to win the final three games by scores of 25-12, 25-17, 25-22.
Shelly Bach had 12 kills, four blocks and an ace, Rachel Larkin five kills, seven aces and 14 digs, and Kaitlyn Nye 28 assists, three kills, two aces and four digs for the winners.
Brandie Fuller delivered 10 kills, 15 assists and four digs, Abby Watson 21 kills and six kills, and Allison Watson 17 assists and a kill for the Lady Gators.
DIVISION 3
PIRATES PREVAIL
Maple Grove (3-6, 5-11) hosted Clymer and the Lady Pirates pulled out a 25-19, 26-24, 23-25, 25-22 victory.
Dani Reinwald produced 17 kills, five blocks, five points and an ace, Jo-Linda Rhodes had 16 points and 16 assists, Cassi Treacle added 14 points and three kills and Marissa Trisket had seven point and five digs.
For the Lady Red Dragons, Sierra Speranza collected 10 assists, 21 digs and three aces, Nickara Lindell added 16 kills, 12 digs and an ace, Taylor Satalino had four kills, 24 digs and six aces, and Leslie Babbage had two digs, 19 digs and four aces.
Clymer also was the winner of the jayvee match.
