WEST SENECA -It went down to the final event and Jamestown wasn't able to get enough points to gain its first girls swimming victory of the season in ECIC Division 1on Friday night.
Jamestown (0-10) trailed West Seneca West, 47-45, entering the final event, the 400 freestyle relay, but was outscored 7-3 and lost the meet, 54-48.
Emily Kling, Annie Dyatel and Abbie Johnson all doubled for the Lady Red Raiders.
Kling won the 200 individual medley (2:27.30) and the 100 freestyle (59.48), Dyatel took the 500 freestyle (5:56.66) and 200 freestyle (2:12.2) ,and Johnson captured the 100 butterfly (1:14.57) and the 100 breaststroke (1:20.75).
