CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

ELLERY - Dawn M. McCutcheon, 38, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and having an expired inspection at 11:15 a.m. Thursday. She was arraigned in the Town of Ellery Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.

PANAMA - Gregg Morrison, 35, of Panama was charged with violating his probation for felony driving while intoxicated at 3:50 p.m. Thursday. He was taken into custody without incident and will appear in court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

NORTH HARMONY - Michael A. Nekic, 22, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while under the combined influence of drugs and alcohol at 10:04 p.m. Wednesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charges.

CONEWANGO - Kelly L. Leach, 33, of Randolph was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater at 10:59 p.m. Wednesday. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charges.

FREDONIA - Shawn O'Boyle, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:48 a.m. Thursday. He was later released to a third party.

COLLINS - Brandon Nieves, 20, of Collins was charged with assault while in a correctional facility at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday. He was held pending further action.

ELLICOTT - Adam P. Davidson, 18, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:18 p.m. Monday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.

ELLICOTT - Joshua D. Huntress, 23, of Dewittville was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 30. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
