CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SINCLAIRVILLE - Mary L. Miller, 22, of Ashville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and making an unsafe lane change at 6:35 p.m. Sunday. According to police, Miller's vehicle veered off the road, hitting a tree. It then proceeded through a lawn and came to rest against a vehicle that was parked in a driveway. It was found that Miller was intoxicated at the time of the accident. She was released with tickets and will be in court at a later date.
GERRY - Andrew S. Ratajczak, 21, of Jamestown, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, failure to keep right, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and refusing to submit to a pre-screening at 2:27 a.m. Saturday. He was released to appear in court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
LAKEWOOD - Russell S. Carcione, 47, of Lakewood, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, failure to yield right of way and refusal to take a breath test at 10:15 p.m. Sunday. He was arraigned in the Busti Town Court and released to appear back on a later date.
BUSTI - John B. Sample, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se and failure to stop at a stop sign at 2:22 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department to be arraigned and was issued an appearance ticket to be in court at a later date.
