Orchard Park Shuts Out JHS Jayvees

ORCHARD PARK - Despite an outstanding rushing effort by Zacc Kinsey, the Jamestown jayvee football team saw its record even at 3-3 on Thursday night.

Kinsey gained 167 yards in 25 carries as Jamestown sustained a 22-0 setback to Orchard Park in Class AA South action.

The first score came in second quarter with 8:12 left when Orchard Park ran back an interception 71 yards for a touchdown and ran in the conversion.

The defense again came through with a 61-yard run with a fumble with 7:41 remaining in the third period and went over from the two-yard run with 2:42 left in the fourth quarter.

Matt Nazzaro had 43 yards in six carries for the Red Raiders.

Chad Nelson made eight tackles, Damien Jackson seven, and Ricky Williams and Kyle Liuzzo five each for Jamestown.
