Pizza Hut's "Raising Dough for Kids" grant campaign paid for 30 mentoring kits for use by Chautauqua County RSVP volunteers serving at Chautauqua Striders.
The kits contain information pertinent to their assignments serving local children. The kits include mentee/mentor guides and book related to volunteering with youth.
In 2011, 25 RSVP volunteers served a total of 1,224 hours working with area children supporting them and assisting them to be academically successful.
