BEMUS POINT - The Thule Lodge, 4123 Pancake Hill Road, recently set dates for events at the lodge in October.
The Thule Lodge was formed 105 years ago in the Jamestown/Bemus Point area and serves to preserve the Swedish heritage through events and activities. Lodge members gather for a monthly business meeting on the third Saturday of each month at 2 p.m. At the recent meeting, Fanchon Fuller, cultural leader, announced some of the special days for events.
On Friday, the lodge will hold a fish dinner with a second choice of kaldolmars and rotomos. The dinner will be from 5 to 7 p.m. The annual harvest dinner featuring a full turkey dinner will be on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Both dinners are open to the public.

The monthly meeting of the lodge will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20. At the meeting, nominations for officers for the next year will be held. All members are welcome to attend. Refreshments will follow the meeting. New members are welcome.
