CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
CARROLLTON - Mark F. Ciancio, 57, of Westons Mills, and Desiree S. Culverwell, 25, of Bradford, Pa., were charged with trespassing at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday. Both will be in court later.
DELEVAN Raymond E. Sage Jr., 32, of Delevan, was taken into custody on three warrants issued by Family Court for violations of the Family Court Act at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. He will be in court later.

SILVER CREEK - Jason M. Sack, 38, of Dunkirk was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, being an unlicensed operator and having an unregistered vehicle at 1:50 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
MAYVILLE - Jason Adams, 39, of Bemus Point was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 7:11 p.m. Sept. 15. He will be in court later.
MAYVILLE - Suanne Carroll, 54, Eric Courtier, 23, and Robin Johnson-Dearking, 19, all of Mayville, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 11 a.m. Thursday. Courtier was additionally charged with unlawfully growing of marijuana. All three will be in court later.
